Evan's Christmas Energy

Here's Evan about 30 minutes before bedtime on Christmas Eve.  We went to mass, and by the time we got there early & left after mass ended, we were there for 2 hours.  (The boys were complimented by the people around us on their excellent behavior.  Woo-hoo!) Ti & Mr. Steve couldn't come over because they had a little flu bug, so it was just the 4 of us hanging out, watching A Christmas Story on TBS & baking cookies for Santa.  Evan was nutty to say the least.  :)

Merry Christmas!

Brew Tour

Friends of ours coordinated a brew bus tour.  We hopped on a bus and went to 4 different local breweries.  It was a lot of fun.  Mike even found a shopping cart chair to sit in.  :)

Art

We dug out our window markers and went to town on the storm door.  Evan made a good lookin' Santa that'll catch your eye from the road.  :)

Breakfast with Santa

We took the boys to Breakfast with Santa at Arni's Restaurant at the beginning of December.  We didn't even try to put Reid on Santa's lap (and I think Santa was grateful - - there were a few screamers earlier in the morning).

"Baby" Problems

Andria and I laugh and say, "Reid's got Baby Problems" when things just aren't going his way.  We giggle because toddlers are livin' the life. Reid's tantrums make me smile.  They're really just funny.

Welcome to Part 2

So it seems Google owns everything these days.  My Yahoo! account was not a Google property when I opened it 11 years ago.  I hooked up my Yahoo! email to Picasa Web albums to try to create an album for my dad a couple of years ago.  It seems in the past 5 years, I've used my free 1 Gigabyte of memory, and now it's time to pay for more space.  After deleting last year's Christmas post on accident to free up more space, I decided "Yeah, right."  I'm way too cheap and resourceful for that.  Long story long, welcome to The Connors Family Blog: Part 2.  I'll be posting here now.

Here's what we did in November.  It consisted of working a lot, chasing Reid (from off of the table) a lot, grading a lot, addressing & sending 125 Christmas cards, and staying busy cleaning, cooking & sleeping.

This was one of Evan's favorite locations at this age too.

Big boy Reid can do steps now - we removed the gate at the bottom of the staircase.  Hooray!

Here's Evan at a hockey game with Papa last night - he met the mascot & was even on the Jumbo-tron!
