*Evan bonked into another student in the gym while wearing his rec. specs. He had a pretty good shiner going for about 2 weeks.
*We went to Papa's church in Decatur and then ate lunch at a 50's style diner. Reid wasn't happy because he couldn't play iPhone at the table.
*My best friend, Alea, and her husband, Mike, came home from Florida for Christmas. We got to go out to eat & hang out.
*I found a Home Depot gingerbread house on clearance BEFORE Christmas for $5. Evan had a blast putting it together. $5 was a steal!
*Christmas was good to all of us. I actually did some Christmas shopping this year (it's usually all Mike - - even for my side of the family). The boys sat still (and quietly) in mass for 2 hours, Ti got the flu, so we had to scrap our Christmas Eve plans, but she felt better on Christmas Day - - not good enough to take her picture though. We saw all almost of our family & had a good day.
*It snowed! Of course the weather service said "Blizzard." Ha. Try 5 or 6 inches at our house. We figured out that they had to say blizzard because of the wind speeds.
